I usually don’t leave reviews but I absolutely have to. Today is July 25th 2025. I scheduled to see the apartment when I went into the building it smelled HORRIBLE. I almost walked out just because of the smell on the first floor. The gentleman takes me upstairs to a unit, I was expecting the elevator to be working but nope, had to walk up the stairs. I asked him what’s going on with the elevator he said a part is ordered and can take up to three months to come. Already that was another red flag for me. We going into an apartment on the 2nd floor, 2nd floor didn’t smell bad. BUT we enter into this apartment and he tells me i can check it out myself, i go into a bedroom and immediately saw HUGE dead roaches. From 2018 until the middle of 2024,with 3 different managers/landlords. Note to mention that my credit was bad and child support to pay,I didn't have much of a choice. Anyway,it is everything that the other reviews said ( with the exception at the last two management team) but with silverstone properties,I'd seen some changes,but I got rob twice that I was there. 1st with the 1st management,and that was in my unit,while I was sleeping, and 2nd outside near the apartments a couple of years ago. Management team is a b+, the parking,I give an F, and there elevater system,an F!!!! If they give you a unit that is on 3rd or 4th floor, be prepare to walk up those steps, if the elevator is stuck on the 3rd floor, or someone set it on the 4th floor, you're going to be walking, no matter if you have

This place is a complete let down and also very horrible building. I moved in 2 years ago under a different company named Greenzang and when I deposited everything and ready to move in, the studio wasn't even finished or home able. Than found out by mail that the Greenzang sold the building to Silverstone Property. In the 2 years living here, there has been a massive bed bug infestation, got bit hundreds of times. Than came coackroach infestation it was Neverending. Than now is a mice infestation and they keep coming. Throughout the whole 2 years I've contacted the manager or landlord which they keep changing and making impossible to know who's in charge of this building. Terrible!! Constant problems with the heating, the plumbing, a staff that doesn't even speak english and lots of other issues. I don't know how the place is allowed to still charge rent.

Just moved in the unit is clean and comfortable and looks up to date
