Foster's Landing Apartments

Fosters Landing has been my home for six years now, and management and maintenance have been the best I have ever had anywhere. Well taken care of property, safe and quiet atmosphere.

Love this place! I have been here 6 years and you CANNOT beat the office staff, amenities, size of apartments and the price anywhere else! Plus my son LOVES the playground, the basketball court, the community events the office throws and the pool! The on-site laundry room has also been a BLESSING at times also! If there is ever any issues, Amy and Scott are there to fix it QUICKLY.

My grandma has been living at fosters landing for a while now. She loves the place alot! She says the service has been great helping. She loves the way the inside looks she could not ask for a better place! 5 stars!

We lived here for 6 years and I miss it all the time. Such a perfect place to live in Henry county. Whenever we had a maintenance issue that needed addressed it got addressed quickly. Amy the property manager is always pleasant and kind to work with. And was always checking on us a true meaning of community is brought to fosters because of her.

Everything is perfect. I tried to get in to a couple of other places with no luck. I found this place and just loved the location. Looks like your in the country, and yet just a couple minutes from town. Amy helped me so much and got me in here very quickly. She was very sympathetic with my situation and I feel she went above and beyond what she had to. Tim, the maintenance man has been to my apartment twice, within minutes, to fix a couple of minor things to make things better for me. Tim and Amy are very courteous and helpful. I am very happy to say that I am very satisfied to be here at Fosters Landing in New Castle, Indiana
