Foster on the Park

My wife and I moved to Foster on the Park recently and have been very happy with the experience. I'll share a few thoughts: - The staff at Foster are really great--responsive, friendly and helpful. Seriously, they have been fantastic. - The apartments are nicer than those at most competing complexes. Foster is a bit more expensive than many of these, but the cost is justified by the quality and premium location. - The balconies are larger and more useable than those in most other apartment buildings around Durham. We love ours. - The amenities are standard but nice: A small pool and patio with grills, gym, yoga studio, work areas and overlook deck. Some buildings have larger pools or gyms, but they also have more occupants sharing the amenities. - The community overall feels more targeted

The Foster is a fantastic apartment complex! The building itself is impressive, and I was so glad I visited. It's definitely at the top of my list, maybe even my favorite. The monthly fees are very reasonable, the parking is great, the pool is awesome, and the floor plans are spacious. I also want to give a shoutout to Evinn who gave me the tour. He was super informative and friendly, which made the whole experience wonderful. And the fact that he has lived there and had such great things to say about the building, only helped to reinforce how much I liked it already. Evinn definitely deserves credit for making me excited about the prospects of moving in!

Always super fast resolution on maintenance requests! Always considerate and polite. I love that I can rely so well on submitting maintenance requests. All of the people that work here are amazing and a huge factor of why I keep renewing. I love living here. It’s beautiful and well maintained. The community spaces always smell good and are super clean. Highly recommend moving here.

This is the best building in all of downtown Durham. I just love everything about it, with its amenities and location which offers the Food Hall across the street, Foster St. Coffee, and Central Park farmers' markets and events which happen quite frequently. Best of all is the staff at 545 Foster - they take such great care of everyone and the property!

I assisted my granddaughter when she held a Girl Scout cookie booth at Foster on the Park. The manager, Geoffrey, was great to work with planning the event and assisting us during it. We were there the evening of Marti Gras at the Glass Jug just down the street, so we got to enjoy seeing great costumes and lots of children dancing with their parents in the park.
