Renter/Buyer beware. I believe he is running a application scam. Once he gets your money you can't ever get a hold of him. He couldn't even give a professional call back on the status of our app. I can only confirm what India R and Roz Lewis have said. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Delaware Board of Professionals. Also he blocked my number to contact him after he got our money before reviewing my application. I thought we were dealing with a professional.

Due to covid everything was processed online. The tour was even able to be scheduled online and provided us a code to the drop box to get in with no contact to a person. I believed email communication was a person, but guess I was wrong. After applying was not able to get through to a live person. Never had a response to the application just an auto confirmation email. Very disappointed in the process!

I have tried to contact this company more than 30 times and I have gotten no response. I was interested in a property and had some concerns it was a scam and wanted to confirm the owner. No response. This is a serious situation and I have had no resolution to the issue.
