If you’re thinking about 485 Brickell Miami, FL Icon Brickell rentals on Air BNB do not do it!!!! Please spare yourself the agony!! The condo was incredible, but 5 out of 8 elevators broken the first day and by day 4 only 2 working elevators for 49 floors of condos with people checking in and out for a holiday weekend. The wait for the elevator was anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour every day. Ask anyone who stayed at this location. Healthy people walking up and down 40 or more floors. I have a bad knee and had to do 15 floors down due to construction trying to get to get to the spa in the other tower. To get there you have to go down many flights of stairs in a sort of basement tunnel area and across a parking garage. No security down there. Scary as heck with graffiti on a couple of wal

Best experience so far. With the exception of the security guard who tried to size me up because he misunderstood someone's complaint. This was a spectacular visit. Definite recommendation. 5 star if it wasn't for that security.

Ideal location in Miami, Icon Brickell condos are very nice, this Location is perfect just within 20-30 minutes of anywhere you would like to be in Miami! Restaurants are everywhere security is of most importance with Brickell! They are continuously building new Condos now! The staff is very professional and clean I do recommend this location!

EDIT AFTER BUSINESS REPLIED: Seems like the business owner changed the name of the profile to try and get some bad reviews removed. Which makes them even look more shady. Notice how on every bad review the page owner is posting the same “ this is the wrong profile” comment in hopes they get the bad reviews resolved. How about you get the building resolved and do things the right way. This review was posted years ago I find it suspicious you are now telling me it’s a new business… You mentioned it was posted in the wrong profile, you didn’t give me a new profile to post it in.
