Fort Pike Commons Apartments

Excellent Place to live. 5 mins walk to downtown sackets harbor, excellent Amenities, quiet and safe. I would stay here again if I moved back into town. Apartment staff is very responsive and willing to accommodate your needs.

Fort Pike Commons is a great place to live. For one, the location is beautiful. You are a quarter mile away from the water, there are plenty of running/walking/biking trails, and the town itself has so much character. The commute to the Fort Drum main gate is about 20 minutes, and it is about 10 minutes into Watertown. Second, the apartments themselves are very nice. We had a 2 bedroom ranch style and it fit us perfectly. Not to mention that we found all of our neighbors to be pleasant and friendly, and the neighborhood itself is generally very quiet. Finally, the staff is great. Bonnie keeps the tenants well informed and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. Fort Pike Commons is hands down one of the best complexes I have ever lived in and plan on continuing to renew my yearly lease for years to come. The owners take a lot of pride in this complex and it shows. The office staff is beyond amazing. The maintenance here is fantastic and have always gone above and beyond not only for myself but for other tenants here in the complex. The maintenance guys know I am a single mom and have treated myself and son like we are part of the Fort Pike Commons Family. There is a reason this complex has long term tenants and both the office and maintenance staff are part of that reason. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live that has amazing staff this is the place to go. This little gem tucked away in Sackets Harbor NY is a one of kind.

Me and my husband have lived here for only a little over a month, but we fell in love with Fort Pike fast. Coming from an apartment complex on the west coast who didn’t care about anything but raising our rent year after year and ignoring our complaints, Fort Pike is a different world. The townhome style layout we picked is wonderful, and we even have a view of the lake from our porch. It is SO quiet here, and we haven’t even had one instance of hearing a neighbor through the walls. Bonnie is amazing and made us feel welcomed and informed, and she continues to be awesome. We just love it here, and we are thankful places with this people-first atmosphere still exist. Thank you Fort Pike for making our first PCS so great!!

This place is an absolute gem! Being stationed at Fort Drum, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Management is responsive and very helpful (Bonnie is awesome!), maintenance is prompt and super friendly, and the community/location is unbeatable. I moved in when it was covid and I was unable to see the apartment (my personal restriction), and took a chance renting here but it turned out to be a great decision.
