Forrest Landing

The gentleman named Tori that I spoke with when he answered the phone is VERY RUDE. This is not a good look. It is very unbecoming to speak to the caller in the manner that Tori spoke with me today. I would recommend you reconsidering renting from them if this is how they treat their callers. I would give them 0 starts if it was an option!

I live in the neighborhood right behind forrest landing , and the residents there are the worst . This place needs to have police present at all times, especially building 507, second floor. Constant gunshots , loud music, Loud people, their kids throw trash in my back yard and yell racist slurs and cuss—-they are only ages 8-12. Terrible. Don’t move here please it’s dangerous. The comments here saying it’s a good place —it’s gotta be fake and I lie.

I have been keeping an eye out for an opening at these apartments for a few weeks. During the waiting process alone I was treated so kindly by all staff and everyone was so helpful and easy to contact. A specific gentleman named Torri went above and beyond answering all questions and concerns to the fullest. Being this is my first apartment, he made the application process way less stressful than anticipated and I greatly appreciate that. Beyond excited to be moving into such a welcoming environment!

As a new resident, let me just say that I’ve lived all over the country in the past five years and this place is a prize! The process to get in was streamlined by competent and capable staff who were delightfully accommodating. The complex itself is clean and well maintained. All of the residents that I’ve met thus far have been pleasant. A true taste of “Southern Hospitality”. I am thoroughly impressed. Great job Tori and Travis, you guys made all the difference!

Man let me tell you I wasn’t going to give a review but I said this place deserves it. I have been living here at Forrest Landing for 7 1/2 months now. When I first found out about the community I did my homework I came out during the daytime to look at the neighborhood and I even visited at night because you know that’s what they say you see a real community at night. When I first walked in this establishment it was so warm and welcoming there I just fell in love. the clubhouse is phenomenal and the apartments kind of look like the clubhouse as well so that was a plus to me when I walked in I was greeted by Torri he is so friendly and helpful and made my move in easy and community manager is also a big help as well they made me feel like family I have lived at many different apartment com
