Forrest Brook Apartments

I've lived here for three years now. Everything was incredible, until Ghan and Cooper purchased the apartments. Maintenance requests were dealt with the same day as they were submitted with the previous management. Now I've had a leak in the wall of my apartment for a month, and their only solution has been to turn off the hot water in the kitchen, making my dishwasher unusable and hand washing dishes absolutely miserable. I pay almost $1000 a month for a one bedroom apartment with water leaking into multiple rooms. I absolutely would not recommend living here, unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for apartments that are falling apart. They also didn't think it was pertinent to inform tenants that they were filling/removing the fireplaces last year, (one of the major things

The place is nice for the price but I’ve had a few issues, my apartment has flooded twice because of a burst pipe, as well as filled with smoke twice because my neighbors lit a fire in the fireplace that is no longer functional. Keep your renters insurance up to date!! Staff is really helpful and nice new owners are great! Review would be higher but as I stated we’ve had some issues.

I've lived at Forrest Brook a little over a year and have enjoyed it overall. Its a surprisingly quiet area considering it's right off of Rogers Ave, and the management/maintenance/neighbors have all been very nice and helpful! The apartments are a little expensive for the size, but they're cozy and have the potential to create a very "homey" atmosphere. Parking could be better, but it's far from the worst I've seen.

These apartments have all of the potential and fall short in every way. My friend has an apartment here. It is too small for the rent price especially for fort smith. The manager is RUDE from what I've heard. These apartments are in the perfect location, the community is quiet. But the paint jobs are aweful. The kitchen is typical fort smith apartment style, needs to be updated. They could charge much more if they would just invest in the apartments.

Forrest Brook is such a unique property. There are lots of trees that provide a ton of shade. Next door there is also a nice walking path!
