We moved to Forma 3 weeks ago and the experience has been incredible! The apartments are very modern and brand new, the amenities are the best we have seen in any other building including a very spacious and equipped gym! The area around is super nice and with whole foods and trader’s so close we really couldn’t ask for more.

My wife and I moved to FORMA 3 weeks ago and man do we love it. We are incredibly happy with our decision. I’ve lived in all types of housing and owned various as well (condos, single family, apartments, etc.) and there’s always something for certain, things will break and there’s always “something”. What matters for me, personally as a renter is how management handles these things that are inevitable, so far the maintenance and Conceirge team have been fantastic. The community aspect is really cool. I love the amenities and frankly was the main driver for us to move here. As a local and seeing Miami grow exponentially I have to say this is the nicest building and I feel blessed to have the capability to live here. It’s a beautiful brand new apartment building. One of the best in all of Miami area. Best amenities, views, kitchens, and of course Whole Foods. I just wanted to say thank you to Maria and Taylor, the property manager for being so professional, welcoming, and attentive and for their assistance with everything. Even though I did not move in to Forma at this time, I definitely would love to move in there in the future
