UPDATE The first day of living on the home, the house got flooded. Thankfully they got It taken care of really quickly. On the other hand our “yearly” inspection was due a while back but now that they are done building here they have forgotten about us. Never got my inspection done and just got told the minor issues would get fixed but never did… very disappointed. Just a few broken promises. *UPDATE* 08/07/2024 I received a follow up after I posted the negative review, it stated that you have not forgotten about me but you are claiming you were not aware of additional follow ups. The point of the walk through is to help and fix the issues that were left behind by the contractors. Not just point out the issues and call it a day with no additional information in regards to them. I was told

my husband and I purchased a home from Forino this past October. While they have been mostly helpful, they have also been somewhat disappointing. My neighbors house and my house was swamped with water due to having to build the lot up. At closing we discussed that it would be taken care of. While it was only taken care of 4 months later due to a fill company informing me to contact the county. it took one phone call to the county in order for the work to get done. They came up with a plan and never informed me of what was exactly happening to my backyard and what was a small pond then turned into a swimming pool. I got told that they were coming in with more fill to take away from the new swimming pool that got filled. Which they "fixed" but is still an issue. Point of the story is they w

Emily Giambrone with Forino is by far one of the best employees we have worked with! She is constantly doing everything she can to take care of any issues that arise and ensures that she provides fast and efficient communication. Her friendly and welcoming attitude is an added bonus! We also really appreciate Roger Lee’s punctuality, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help fix the problems at hand! As first time home buyers that purchased a new build it can be overwhelming and stressful some days but they both have been so kind and helpful throughout the process!

I would just like to point out that I have been watching around the neighborhood as these last few homes have been built and quite honestly I have seen Emily Giambrone doing more around the neighborhood trying to get these houses together then I have seen a certain job superintendent do in the last year, matter fact I’ve actually seen Emily pick up tools And use them. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him with more than a hammer in his hand and that was probably just hang a picture. So if you’re confused of what job superintendent, I’m referring, I think Man Bun would pretty much explain it. Hats off to Emily. Great job.
