Why give Forest Woods Apt's a 5 star review? 1) They live up to their name Forest Woods Apt's actually has lots of Forest surrounding it's property. This draws a lot of wildlife to it. Deer, Canadian geese, ducks, varieties of birds, wild turkeys, hawks, squirrels, raccoons, fox's and occasionally a skunk. All of which I've seen in the last 15 years. 2) It has a pool, workout room and is pet friendly with a dog park on premise. 3) Forest Woods is mainly a bedroom community with young and old, workers and retires. From what I can tell it has people from all over the US and some from other countries. I have seen all creeds and races represented here. 4) It has spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments in a variety of layouts. 5) Covered decks for privacy, wide parking places. Office and mainte

I'm beginning my 4th year here at Forest Woods and it has been a really good experience. The entire staff is very friendly while still very professional. I haven't needed maintenance very much but today my clothes dryer needed some attention so Dustin came and had it working in no time. He also replaced my thermostat batteries for the ac while he was here. All done with a cheerful attitude and a smile.

I've lived here for 1.5 years and overall I'm very happy living here. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood tucked back into the woods yet walking distance to quite a bit of shopping and restaurants on Big Bend. The apartment rates are very reasonable for the current rental market. The leasing office is always very responsive to calls and emails and do their best to make the leasing and move in process a smooth experience. The pool is a nice plus, but I really wish it was open later in the evening. A closing time of 8pm is kind of a drag for those of us who work later hours. My five star rating goes to the awesome maintenance team! I had an issue with my washing machine recently, and I’m so impressed with the quick response and excellent service from Zach and Dustin. They arrived promptly, were professional and friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s great to know the maintenance team here truly cares and gets things done right. Thank you both!

Just moved into Forest Woods about a month ago it’s my first time renting and my experience here has been everything I could ask for. Our maintenance request was completed instantly by Dustin the maintenance tech. Very grateful for him getting everything done in a timely manner. The leasing office has been very helpful as well with all of my questions and concerns. Very beautiful and well maintained community!
