Forest Village Apartments

They alright if they fixed up the place. The apartments are okay. Just need Renovation. Appliances up grade. I know someone who post to be moving there. Went to see apartment. Need whole lot of fixing. New stove, new over the top vent the whole thing needed to be replaced, Refrigerator, and definitely new dish washer. I can go on but just need to renovate. And not just the apartments. But also the outside in the hall and doors as well. It can be a nice place if they just fix it up.

BEWARE OF THE DOG CRAP ! Nowhere you can walk without getting it on your shoes and tracking it all in your house. Mold everywhere and POOR VENTILATION and nothing gets done about it! Breezeways are always filthy and maintenance slaps a band aid on everything that needs deep repairs never really fixing it, probably because they don’t have enough staff that stays or properly trained ones at least to do that. EDIT: I have contacted Property management several times on these issues , no resolution

This is unacceptable to come into an apartment complex and your tenants can't get out in certain areas of the complex. The rest of the complex is plowed but this side is a complete sheet of ice. There are older people that live in this complex and can't get out. This management company is horrible. Someone is going to get hurt.

he secretaries who work there during rental time is when they leave the earliest. then they come home whit arrears receipts; when they do not comply whit the departure time; i arrived, at appril 4... 4.30pm and it was closed; it is not fair to pay arrears; when i went at 4.30 pm; appril 4 and ofice closed before 5: pm

I lived here for 5 years and just recently moved. Managed switched quite a few times while residing here and office staff and maintenance where very back and forth on things. Maintenance could have done better in my opinion. If your looking for a place to live long term and at least have some amenities, and a nice experience, living here is not it. Every place is not going to be perfect but there's definitely room for improvement here. The only pro out of the experience was it was income based and didn't require as much as other places in the area.
