I don't live here but I do pick someone up here. When I'm parked I see the security guard walk around the parking lot making sure no funny business is going on. The guard also check the doors to the building making sure they locked from the outside so I think this place is pretty safe. The security is 24/7 which is good

How do you residents feel about the project to redevelop old Railway behind building? New rail link possibly? Is part of those old tracks cut through property? Parking lot?

I have been living here for over 30 years and i consider myself lucky to have been a resident.One of the very best things about this place is that it rubs shoulders with my favorite place in Queens...FOREST PARK...just steps from my home...i slip into HUGE Trees and a canopy above me that lets a bit of sunlight in as i travel the many paths within...Looking for a Studio/1 bedroom/2,3...all to be had here within this 20 story space...A Stop + Shop directly across from the place...Walk to Forest Hill..The L.I.R.R....shopping and theaters...all within walking distance through Forest Hills Gardens ! Multi MULTI Million $ Mansions line the streets as you walk to Continental Ave...I am lucky to live here and i will never leave..It has it ALL
