Considering the buildings are all to be condemned soon should be reason enough to stay away also they’ve been unable to rent to anyone new for at least a year and a half due to litigations from the city of Crestwood. If anyone ever see’s PepperPike as the management company don’t walk away run!

Management is awful. Had a bedbug problem a while back that the Landlord refused to pay exterminators for, Landlord refuses to make permanent fixes or pay for lawn service, the pool is never open, laundry room was deemed unsafe since beginning of 2025, and landlord expect payment from tenants for and repairs or exterminators even after you move. Overall, not worth permanent residency and not worth the money.

I honestly don’t know where to begin with this place. The price seems great and all but what you get it’s not worth it. For one management on the property is virtually non existent even as you read this now I’m sure they are marked closed. Pool was never opened so essentially I paid for an amenity they failed to provide. They refuse to accurately fix anything instead do temporary repairs. Even looks like I will have to take them to court at the end due to their failed business practices. It’s honestly like no one owes the place. I emailed them multiple times since 12/19/2024 a notice to vacate my lease. I left multiple voicemails and even dropped multiple letters off at the property. It wasn’t until 2/19/25 that the “noticed” my notice to vacate. Then I finally get a email back stating I h

Leased with them over the last year, and it was the worst experience. A couple months after I moved in, I found out that mice had been living in my stove. Took several phone calls and a few visits to the office to get them to finally replace the stove and plug up the massive mice holes behind the stove. That was two weeks of back and forth when they could have just fixed it the first time I called about it. A week after that, the fridge broke and I lost most of the groceries I had just bought the day before. Every sink in the apartment leaked or had some kind of drip for the entirety of my lease despite them "fixing" them several times. Over the rest of my lease, something new broke just about every week. I had almost 30 work orders put in by the end of the year and honestly could not wait

Lived here 12 years now and I like it. It's quiet, laid back, safe and reasonable. Staff does a good job keeping the place going, and have bent over backwards to accommodate me. Very pet friendly. Pool's always clean as a whistle in the summer. This place is older than the hills and needs updating, but it's relatively inexpensive. There are new owners (mid '22) so hoping they will invest in getting it back in good shape. Some reviews are awfully negative and I don't think they are justified. Staff have always been good to me, and do their best on what I'd guess is a shoestring budget. Place is very peaceful and quiet. It's dog friendly. There's a real sense of community here. New acting manager Danielle has been very helpful!
