Forest Station Apartments

I meant to post this ages ago but alas life got busy. Shalae is the best property manager ever. She’s a great person who tries her best to help you especially if you unfortunately happen to fall upon hardship. She recently put together movie night for the campus. She got snacks and stuff for the kids and they showed Moana for the kids. Maintenance is great. John and Stanley are very quick and efficient and always friendly.

FS has created a very nice environment, with beautiful courtyards and grounds. I've lived here for 3.5 years and have been very pleased with my overall experience. The Maintenance Group is very thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. The Property Manager is par excellence! She is highly professional, customer-focused and compassionate. Also, it's conveniently located to the train, buses and the hub of Byberry & Bustleton, yet maintains a Suburban feel.

Mohammad is a great leasing consultant. He is really helpful and a good man. I think he is the best man at galman group. He definitely deserves a pay raise!

Starting off, this place seems very nice initially, but as you keep living here you start to see the things they didn’t tell you about. First off, the rent and heating is absolutely ridiculous. They add those extra fees and don’t tell you about it. The heating, don’t get me started. There’s poor insulation in the winter and summer so you are left turning on the air conditioner and heater on 24/7 and then have to pay those high bills. In the summer, you get ants and bugs coming in from under the dishwasher and stove and from random cracks. In the winter, there’s cold air coming in from under the stove and dish washer, they did nothing about it. The laundry room is a mess, floods and breaks constantly; I literally slipped because they did a horrible job fixing the flooding. Maintenance comes
