Forest Ridge Senior Residences

Forest Ridge is more like a resort than a Apartment complex!! Everything you could ask for and conveniently located near everything I need. I was very pleased with the managers and the tour provided being very knowledgeable and informative!! Outstanding cleanliness!! Residents were very nice to meet and appeared to be also very pleased with activities and amenities!

Forest Ridge is a wonderful place to live. There is plenty to do to stay active. The gym and pool are some of the amenities I use most. The office staff are available and ready to help with any concerns I have. The apartment is beautiful and has everything I need. My view is amazing. I get to see the sunset every night. If something breaks the maintenance staff fixes it right away and they clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend FOREST RIDGE to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Had maintenance come in for repairs yesterday. Chris was great, knew exactly what to do and assured me he will get it fixed. And that he did, thank you quickly schedule the repair, and have maintenance (Chris) come in and repair for me. He worked illegally & professional. He knew exactly what he needed to do after looking at the microwave. Thanks for the speedy repair. Thanks for caring. Again thanks you Chris and management team.

I have a friend who lives in this area. Looks beautiful. Do not know price of rents. I would have to look it up

If I could give it a 0 star I would. My mom who moved from Seattle due to a broken hip and needing extra family around filled out the application as the leasing manager suggested. Paid her $85 for a background check to be denied. This place is a joke and no wonder the 2 bedroom has been on market for 45+ days. Oh well. It's their loss and not ours, but want everyone to be aware to not fill out their paperwork as this leasing person suggests.
