Everything is excellent.The only thing is you can never meet a person from management or someone to even ask for availability for rooms. Other than that it is an excellent place to live in.

A convenience fee to pay rent feels absurd and borderline criminal. Nobody should have to pay $60+ to pay rent on top of the normal rent amount.

They kicked me out for being there for 11 years. They stole from me. They played games the extol my entire apartment didn't even give back my rental deposit. It is so criminal I want to place charges against them. Maintenance is a joke. They'll blame stuff on you that you have no nothing to do with.

We have been here for 5 years and absolutely Love it! Great community to raise our 3 children. Management is very nice and the apartments are beautiful and the grounds are nice. Also close to everything, it's the perfect spot for living in the Dells.

they were great apartments but not anymore.... waiting since Oct. to get maintenance to fix a couple of issues in my unit an still today no such luck.... it's to bad they were nice apartments...
