I had a wonderful experience working with Rosemary Pacheco at the Olivine Community at Forest Pointe Apartments. From start to finish, Rosemary was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful during my application and move-in process. She took the time to clearly explain each step, followed up promptly, and genuinely worked with me to ensure everything stayed on track under tight timelines. Her communication and attention to detail made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. It’s clear that Rosemary truly cares about residents and takes pride in her work. Just got here and loving it so far! Great community and Rosemary Pacheco in the property management office was super helpful with our move in. She went the extra mile to make sure our application process was smooth and our move-in went as well as possible. She is attentive, professional, and kind and enriched our experience. The entire Olivine/Forest Pointe team has not disappointed, from leasing to maintenance, they have really taken care of us!

I enjoyed living in the community, but the move-out process has been extremely disappointing. I moved out on August 31 and left my apartment in very good condition. I was still charged for the carpet, which felt excessive because the carpet was clean and well maintained. The charge they added for the tub was unreasonable and unexpected. The tub was already in poor condition when I moved in. It had a coating on it and looked old from the first day. I kept it clean during my entire lease and made sure it was left spotless on the day I moved out. Even so, I was charged for it with no explanation or proof. I emailed management requesting photos or documentation to explain the charges. It has been months, and I still have not received any response. That lack of communication is unacceptable.

Thank you for the wonderful tour! Everything felt very family‑oriented, and the service was great. The pools, and all the extra amenities from the township community really stood out.
