Forest Pointe Apartments

Forest point has been one of the best moves I’ve made. Ms. Flor and Mr. Chris have been very helpful through out my time living here. Anything I’ve asked to fixed is done within a weeks time which is good. They also work with others upon move in. Communication is all they ask for 🥰🥰🥰🥰 keep up the great work things will get better.

Ms. Flor is my favorite person to talk to when coming inside the office. They are very helpful inside the office and very punctual about work orders. I’ve been here 4 months and my apartment has been in good shape since time of move in. Also thank you Mr. Chris for always being helpful in communicating with me.

I remember those apartments a while back they don't fix anything around there and yes someone told me not to move there . They have the security there for what. I passed by there and it's sad to live there. They need to shut them down permanently.

I had a very unpleasant and frankly disturbing experience while visiting this apartment complex. I initially came to check out the property to potentially lease an apartment. On my way in, a resident kindly offered to show me her unit before I spoke to the leasing office. Before we could even get there, three security guards aggressively approached us, saying I had to “check in” at the office first, something I was never informed about beforehand. Trying to be respectful, I immediately complied and went into the office to check in. While I was waiting, the leasing staff began berating the resident I had just met (who I had no prior connection with) about her unrelated personal issues, none of which involved me. I kept to myself, waiting for an opportunity to properly meet with the leasing

By the looks of it we will be contacting the city and I will file a complaint with Osha yall take months to fix things and will report yall to Tec
