My experience here so far has been amazing the place looks nice it smells clean and they are really nice people to rent from highly recommended

Julie and maintenance have been awesome 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I DO NOT RESIDE AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTY but my mother does. Reggie from maintenance (different location) assisted me with the situation and took his time to go to my mother's home. He also directed me to management for further assistance. Julie with management went far and beyond as far assisting me with my mother. I feel that the company has a BIG heart for THEIR residents and I appreciate everything you guys are doing and have done!

My family and I have lived here going on four years and there have been four (4) management teams in that time. The newest team at the office in Birchfield at Millstone is TOP NOTCH. End of story! The young ladies in the office ALWAYS make me feel welcome and that my issues are high priority. If the new company (Sweetwater) had started with these young ladies, this complex would be light-years ahead of where it is.

they don’t answer emails or phone.. they don’t have a leasing office .. they don’t even care to even help you book a tour

My home for the past year has been Forest Point apartments, and I have never lived anywhere like it. Very nice apartment, very nice community, and very friendly staff.
