Forest Pointe Apartments

I came here looking for a quick and easy move. I was connected with Brianna, she was very helpful. She made the move in process a breeze! She gave step by step instructions for everything needed. The move in process took less than a week. Any questions I had I called the office where I sometimes spoke to Maria who was also very helpful. The day of move in I met the property manager Susan Garay, she was very sweet and was able to help with any issues I had. If you’re looking for a place with an easy move in process, and a quiet place to live, Forest-Pointe is definitely the place for you!

I’ve had such a wonderful experience living here! There has been ups and downs on my part but Susan, Maria, and Briana are the absolute best in Durham and makes sure every time that I am accommodated on their end. Much love to them because they’re the most helpful and humble beings I ever came across. I recommend Forest Pointe to anyone looking for a new home as the staff once again is nothing short of amazing!!! Blessings

Touring with Brianna was such a great experience! She made the whole moving-in process so easy and stress-free. From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful — always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. You can really tell she cares about the residents and loves what she does. The complex itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — both with Brianna and the community!

Maria & Susan are the best. They made my move in process so fast and easy. My apartment is everything. Especially moving from out of state coming to the area. They gave me so many resources. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Not luxury but most def worth the move.
