Forest Park Apartments

Something changed with management and maintenance. They take way longer to address submitted work orders than previously. My laundry room’s drain keeps flooding with feces and disgusting water 3 times. 2 different maintenance technicians “addressed” the problem! I submitted 3 work orders in a row after they kept telling me they fixed the problem. I requested they send a housekeeper to clean the gross mess the drain made. I’m supposed to clean up this germy mess that I didn’t cause? And I’m paying an arm and a leg to live here? They keep raising the rent. But, what improvements have they made to my home? It’s a very basic townhouse. I’ve submitted over 6 work orders for them to fix the water leak from my bathroom sink. They’ve “addressed” this issue as well. But, guess what? The sink still

Trash has been piled up like this for WEEKS. As you can see throughout the pictures and the snow. So it was there before the big snow storm and still after. Throughout the complex there is big items around the dumpsters. Random suitcases and actual trash on the ground ALL OVER THE COMPLEX and grass areas and beside the dumpsters. modelo and beer cans all over (GLASS BOTTLES). Let’s talk about the snow …. ONE plow came during the winter storm and pushed some snow and left. They had to plow themselves out and make walk ways to get out of their doors/sidewalks. As the ice came no maintenance man came to lay salt for older people or people who have children. You call and they say they have men out first thing in the morning for trash and snow…… LIES !!!! I would like to thank the Forest Park apartment in the office staff. They’ve been really respectful, decent pleasant to me and the maintenance who comes and fix anything if I need it fixed I don’t have to wait a long time and thank you for the love that Forest Park apartment and staff showed me Sincerely Sandra perkins I’m gonna miss you all. I have leaved in forest park for 2years but my problem is I reported a problem last year August till now nobody showed up it fixed it. I still have a roofing problem as I'm typing now.

Brittany was fantastic during our visit. She was very patient, friendly, and answered all of my questions I had. I will be filling out an application soon!
