Forest Green Apartments

Quiet area. No problems for me. No roaches, no bed bugs, no rats,no leaks, AC runs perfect, office staff are quivk and kind and most of all they maintain the area really good . Definetly a recommrnded place after living here for almost a year.Thanks Forest Green Apartments. Update:08/30/2024 No pools anymore 😭 and has been replaced with dog park and seating area.Oh Yeah New management!! You now pay rent, trash, water, sewer, gas, and pest control all together on one bill. Just FYI.

Worst apartments ever. Neither of the two pools have been open during the summer for the past 7 years. Poor extermination. You get lease violations immediately instead of having any type of conversation. Slow fixtures unless they decide they don't have the part. Then No fixture. They will damage your unit repairing others and expect you to live in Peace. Rent is Non-negotiable. Regardless of disability, natural disaster, or national health safety. It is now, April 10, 2023. I was evicted on April 23, 2022. I hadn’t paid rent in 6 months due to not having the money. I was high-risk pregnant in August 2019. I lost my job due to the pregnancy. I was supposed to be receiving child support (as included in my income for approval of apartment applications) of $600, but I hadn’t received the 380

If I could give this apartment complex a 0 I would management is so rude. The manager never knows what’s going on always FALSELY accusing residents. The parking here is horrible you’ll get your car towed anywhere you park. The tow truck company they have NEVER answers they’re phone either so you have to look yourself for parking or call a towing company. I’ve had a leak in my apartment for over 2 months I have called the front desk spoke to the manager & she told me I haven’t been paying my pet fee when I have WHICH has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY LEAK WITH MOLD! It’s affordable to live here but not in conditions where the manager & staff doesn’t care for residents they just want to make commission of the apartments they rent out.

I've been here almost a year and I had such. Hard time in the past affording a place in the really upscale areas I was use to, but this place was a Prue blessing if you need a home to get on your feet and get a second chance don't let nobody on these reviews make y'all feel like this complex ain't a blessing I keep a clean house no roaches no bed bug nothing all that breaks get fixed and the managers are real humans I love my place and ITS MY BLESSING IF YOUR looking get take my word it can work for you too!!!!!

Terrible place to live. Doesn't even deserve a star. Don't do it. On my move in day i had an infestation of roaches they were coming out of vents and sockets (no lie). Maintenace is horrible. Only 1 person on the maintenance team speaks english so its hard to communicate with them. Nothing gets fixed on time took a whole YEAR for somebody to come and fix peeling paint off the wall. Once they sent a man to fix something in my apt and he left a 5 oclock and never came back. Had to walk to office the next morning and tell them he needed to finish what he started. Security is a joke. Absolutely NO parking for visitors and the manager's daughter/niece (whatever) can park in anyones parking spot and not get towed . The entrance floods when it rains. About car door height. I had to miss work.
