Forest Glen Apartments

This neighborhood needs LIGHTING. QUESTION: Why place a surveillance camera in the middle the dark parking lot instead of Decent New Lightning to assist the paying residents at night time and reducing risk of criminal negligence. This doesn't look Smart on the management's behalf..

My name is Tanisha and I recently visited here and I feel in love with the property manager, she was super friendly and nice. She showed me the property and I really love it, seen the ceiling needs some work and a small few things in the apartment, but I loved it and look forward to doing the application

This apartment complex used to be nice. They have struggled with keeping maintenance personnel that can help them thrive. The tenants are awful. Not to mention when I moved in I struggled to get anything fixed. The new property manager has definitely made a bad imprint on me. She let people in my home to fix something without my permission or maintenance to supervise. The contractor left my house with insulation all over the place. Keep in mind the contractor still at my house after hours without maintenance. When I asked for compensation. She says” if you have already cleaned it what would I need to reimburse you for”. The pool hasn’t been open in 3 years. There is no playground. But you are paying for luxury living and a respect you will never receive.

Forest Glen is a nice apartment community. Well me personally and this is just my opinion. I personally feel that all units should come equipped with washers and dryers for those that can't afford it and are tired of going to the laundromat. Breezeways need to cleaned daily and light fixtures (working) are needed on all floors of each building for safety reasons (concerns) and the property itself needs a facelift to make the community more appealing and the trash area where the trash is taken needs cleaned daily (regularly) to prevent pests and rodents or whatever else looks by the trash. Lastly grounds need to also be cleaned daily. Just moved out and that I did ! They have changed property managers again.! The 5th one in 6 years! Straight ridiculous! New manager when I spoke with her was

No stop and go elsewhere if your looking to rent I don't care if it's say new management ceilings falling in moisture in wall and mold in ಠಿ⁠_⁠ಠಿ bathroom sink windows ಠಿ⁠ヮ⁠ಠ OCCASIONALLY pipes burst please get the rental insurance if you do Move go on and on OH YEAH POOL H HAS NOT BEEN AVAILABLE FOR 5V7EASTS THE RENT KEEP GOING UP AS NE THESE APARTMENTS ARE CONTINUALLY DETERIORATING ¯⁠\⁠_⁠ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ⁠_⁠/⁠¯
