I was there from Oct. 2023 till Jan. 2026. It gave a ghetto vibe. Cops were in there constantly. People being nasty. The breezeways are so nasty. Older places are much cleaner. Some residents just throw their trash on the ground.Also keep in mind that if you give a 60 day notice to vacate they take your deposit. You only get if if by a miracle you find something else hopefully 60 days before vacating before your lease is up. The sound barrier is awful. Upstairs noise constantly very hard walking, running dropping things etc.
I live here and I really love it the only thing is the noise upstairs is bad and if you are able to go up stairs do it I can't go up and down them or I would have because you hear everything from upstairs it's bad when your asleep and it's going on at 3 am .
Nice new complex. Seems like a nice neighborhood.
