Forest Creek Apartments

I lived at forest creek since 2018. When I first moved things were great management was awesome. They stayed on top of work orders. They were always fixing up the property to make it better. Trash was never piled up or all over the ground. I started in building 13 with no issues . Stated there from 2018- 2023. 2023 i moved in the front to apartment 801 for a 3 bedroom. Neighbors upstairs were always loud, could hear the washer that sounded like it would come through the floor. Everyone is older but it sounded like kids were running the home. The first year was okay but the second portion of the year was chaotic. The lights in the apartment would always flicker, the people upstairs always had something leaking and the water was getting into my apartment, dripping into the light fixture,

I must give credit where credit is due... The NEW staff is TRYING. I'll give them that. Diane is awesome and The new manager Britney seems to be very patient, tenant friendly and understanding. She actually (LISTENS) to the tenant! She may get a little bit frustrated at times, but can you blame her .. look what/who she had to come behind and clean up! Kathy had this place A MESS! Kathy ran this place like she was the MOB... I'm sorry but it's TRUE! The new maintenance guys seem friendlier and not in drama, along with the staff/management! I'm HAPPY Angel is still here, he's a sweetheart. The new maintenance guys keep the place cleaner! They're always out there EARLY in the morning hrs before the office opens to clean the place, and that's REALLY appreciated. I'd just like to see the tenant

I used to praise this place. Not now. I put several work orders in last week around the 2nd .They claimed they back up. But the maintenance person we had before stayed on top of things. Once my lease is up. I'm out of here. It was fun while it lasted. I will be talking to Hcha. Get me out of here. Real pathetic.

I lived at forest creek for five years before moving. I’m only leaving this reviewing because I’ve filed two complaints and have had success with opening an investigation with the Texas housing department. Forest creek is currently under investigation for theft and fraud along with the “leasing agency” they use as management. I’ve dealt with Rosie, demisha, Oscar, and Cathy. It’s either excuses or lies this is why management rotates every couple of months. I have over forty videos, over a hundred plus pictures of botched repairs, no answers from the office, water constantly getting shut off with no warning etc. early in 2024 demisha brown tried to threaten every single resident that if your vehicle is missing any parts, expired inspection, parked in the wrong spot (note there’s no assigned

If i could give a negative 0 i would visited my friend here she wasn’t staying there for 2 months and moved right out‼️ water under the floor sewer back up. these are some nasty apartments. DUMPSTERS OVER FLOWING WITH TRASH. POOR MANAGEMENT the leasing manager Cathy so rude got an attitude because she wanted to break the lease tried to threaten her with the fees and everything definitely wouldn’t recommend these to no one.. SO HAPPY SHE GOT OUT OF THERE‼️
