I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE DON'T LET THEM PLAY WITH YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY! - Management and maintenance is VERY unprofessional here. - Every 5th of the month you're charged with a $125.00 late fee, even if things in your apartment is not working properly or broken. - Due to my AC not working during the summertime my family and I had to go stay with family members because of how hot it was in my apartment with the heatwaves - also with me being pregnant, living on the 3rd floor the heat rises. - I told management and the maintenance guy that my kitchen sink is leaking nobody done nothing about it. - Management never picks up the phone during business hours, and she's never in office. - Living here my PECO bill went sky high as if I was living in a home and not an apartme

I did love it here until they change management….it dirty, smells and they don’t offer what is stated on their website or other rental sites….do not move here it is a dump and poor management.

UPDATE #2: SO TODAY 8/2/21, at 5:30 this morning I woke up to water leaking in my apartment. I called the emergency maintenance number, which not surprisingly went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail on the main office number. Do you think my call was ever returned?? NOPE!!!!! I HAD TO CALL THE OFFICE AGAIN WHEN THE WATER BEGAN LEAKING INTO MY APARTMENT AGAIN. You want to know what management did as I explained my concerns?? HE HUNG UP ON ME. If you’re looking for a sign to NOT move here, my reviews along with every other 1star review is your sign. TAKE HEED AND DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY HERE!! UPDATE: My apartment was broken into A WEEK AGO and my door still has yet to be fixed/changed out. They aren’t even willing to accommodate my need to feel safe by at least switch

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The management company has made it clear that they do not care about employees OR the tenants. The building has had so many names and so many fires. The electric bill will cost you $400 or more in the winter because of the cheap HVAC systems they have. They will not compensate you or even try to get you help for your outstanding bill that the owner is to blame for. All the bottom floor apartments leak and the owner does nothing about it, oh wait he put rocks outside the building and seriously thought that would stop the water??? The plumbing in the buildings sucks! Awesome maintenance guys but rest of company needs to be shut down. Save your money and move elsewhere!

This was the worst place I ever lived! The rate n should be a 0 it was a very nasty living environment !!! Its worst then the projects fires break out once every 3 month's, water pipes will bust and destroy all u personal belongings so make sure u have insurance ,there are rats ,mice and all kinds of out door bugs that be in ur apartment, the management is very rude and money hungry. If something goes wrong with ur apartment dont hold ur breathe on them fixing it and if u are crazy enough 2 still move there u cant say I didn't warn u. When u move here u are putting everything at state including ur life this complex had been on the news and reported several times, the rent goes up every year and the value goes down by the day. This is the worst place 2 live
