We are very happy with the remodel job done by Steve, Gwen, Matt and team. We had the entire house painted, kitchen completely remodeled, and all countertops replaced. The end product looks exactly like the pictures we showed Steve as a reference at the beginning. If we have future remodeling needs, we will not hesitate to call Steve and team.

We used this builder and they did a great job. The home is magnificient, and came in under budget. The owner prepared the plans, and changed them when needed, we did not have to wait for the architect. The builder Steven is very meticulous, and had great people working with him. We were very happy, and would recommend him, and do, to other people.

Steve and his team with Foresight Custom Homes are honest and hardworking. He dried out my house after it was flooded during Hurricane Harvey. He was very invested in the project and worked hard to save everything he could while making sure it was safe. He treated my property with care and I can't thank him enough for helping me through such a trying time. I am using him for rebuild and am confident I will be happy in the end.

Stayed at or below budget in every category for which we held them responsible. Build was finished on time, actually before the projected completion date! Extremely happy with the level of involvement allowed by the builder! Would definitely recommend and use him again!
