Jeff was quick and efficient when helping me get settled into my new office location. He took care of the minor fixes that needed and his staff was timely, friendly and helpful!

It's odd to have a landlord that actually cares as much as Forbes does. They are amazing and so easy to reach. It is not just the office staff but Jeff too. They are firm but fair when they have to be.

Jeff was great to work with. He showed us the property several times and has been supportive as we remodel the space to open.

Called to inquire about leasing a property and they couldn’t be bothered. Really off-putting on the phone. Not at all what expected as a potential tenant with excellent credit. Oh well.
