I contacted Leah at For Rent In Beaufort and I was as impressed by her as I had been in the past by Kirsten. Within a couple of days of contacting her, she viewed my property, she made suggestions to me, and she listed the property on their websites. This rental company and Kirstin were a huge help to me right from the start! I had never rented a place on my own, they helped make the application process and getting approved as easy as possible. I was able to have the lease on a month-to-month basis so I could move whenever I need to if I decided to get something different or bigger. I was also able to move in very quickly to an area that was very convenient to my work and my friends/family in Beaufort. They stayed in contact with me regularly just to check in and if there were any changes or new updates from the home owners. I was able to contact them as well and get a fast response if I had any payment or maintenance issues and get the problem resolved smoothly. I had the pleasure of working with her for almost 2 years and the company for almost 3 years. I never had to worry about anything with my property. For Rent In Beaufort did an outstanding job as a property manager. They were quick to respond and fix maintenance calls and ensured our requests were handled efficiently and effectively. As a real estate investor, I had dealt with my fair share of Property Managers and I would trust For Rent In Beaufort to manage my properties should I ever have real estate in their area.

Renters beware. Take pics of EVERYTHING upon move-in and again at move-out. Beaufort Rentals will come up with trumped up charges to avoid refunding your security deposit. They make you pay for professional cleaning after move-out, which we did with a cleaning company they recommended and for which we supplied BR with the receipt, and then to find out BR is again charging us for re-cleaning. I should also say that the house was disgustingly filthy when we moved in, even tho we asked on numerous occasions for it to be cleaned prior to us moving in- dirty, dusty, built-up grime,, dead bugs everywhere, outside doors covered in mosquitoes nests.
