Foothills Preserve by Pulte Homes

It's a nice gated community so far, (but no boom barrier at the gate, people are still tailgating at night when the gate is closed). Ps. Because of construction, the gate remains open during the day. James is wonderful; if it were for James, I would give 5 stars. But the HOA is a pain. And homeowners never know when they meet or when we can attend a meeting. I'm already thinking about selling my house.

We are very happy and satisfied with our new home here at Foothills Preserve. we were were looking in different areas from Clermont to Mount Dora and we could not find a layout that worked for us. We met Jennifer, she listened, payed attention to our needs and showed us two layout plans we might like, and she hit out of the park on the second choice. We highly recommend this community and their team, keep doing what your doing.

Wow is all I can say! We literally visited 7 different Pulte communities to decide where we wanted to build our new home, and once we met with Jennifer we knew this was where we wanted to build our dream home. She has been amazing from the get go, we highly suggest working with her as your sales agent. Leo is our Construction Superintendent and he has done an amazing job so far as well. Top notch team in a top notch community! 🙌

Pulte built us the home that was absolutely perfect for us. We purchased the beautiful Whitestone model. It was a home we never expected to ever own. We were able to choose all the things we wanted and the outcome was stunning! Jennifer Mortellaro and Garrett Nuss did not disappoint! They came through and we are so happy and are in the process of beginning a new chapter in our lives in a beautiful Pulte community at Foothills Preserves! Thank you Pulte!!!

We are currently building a house in Foothills Preserve by Pulte and our experience has been exceptional. Jennifer our sales associate has spent a ton of time with us ensuring our new home is everything we want and more. Dylan the construction manager has communicated with us regularly and kept us up to date during the build process. Both Jennifer and Dylan have been fantastic to deal with and we couldn’t be any happier with our experience. We cannot wait to move into our new home. Scott & Rebecca
