Foothill Lofts Apartments & Townhomes

The location is super convenient it’s right by Utah State University and close to a lot of food places and shops. The apartments themselves are very clean. The amenities are great too there’s a gym, pool, and a dog park are all well-kept. This is definitely one of the best apartments you can get.

I had barely done the maintenance request a day earlier in the afternoon (on Thanksgiving day) and they took care of it the next day in the morning. I was so relieved. My dryer didn't want to turn on and the maintenance who came knew right away what it was. I want to give them a big thanks for coming over and letting me know what had happened and what to do next time. Hopefully there won't be a next time.

Foothill Lofts has been a great place to live. The location is super convenient for USU students, the units feel modern, and the amenities are solid for the price. Management has been pretty responsive when I needed something fixed, and overall it’s been a comfortable, easy place to live. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet apartment close to campus

My husband and I had a great experience the two years we lived at Foothill Lofts and Apartments. Maintenance was always on top of things, the community was always peaceful, and management was always easy to work with. Common areas are really nice and they make sure to keep it clean for everyone. Worth every penny to live here in my opinion. Thanks so much to management and staff!

Foothill Lofts Townhomes is a great place to live—quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The homes are modern and spacious, and the location is super convenient for shopping and outdoor activities. Management is friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend!
