Foote Park at South City

I've been here 3 months, so far so good. I gave them 4 stars because half of us over here don't have a mailbox key. I also saw 2 BIG rats on my very first day, I'm still having a small roach problem( frankly, they don't look like regular roaches😳), my refrigerator inside door shelves fell off during my tour( still off😒). We were told the mail lady has to give it to us and she says that's false info, so now if I want a key I have to go get one made at the post office for $30. I love my place, they just need to fix the things that need to be fixed. I will be giving another review in 3 months again. UPDATE: All my issues have been resolved New refrigerator doors, no more unidentifiable roaches, haven't seen any rats(might be due to the weather🤷), but still no mailbox key, I just pick up my ma

The move was great. It took a bit longer than expected but it was definitely worth the wait me and my kids love it here. I love the space everything was clean and worked properly when I moved in. Yes I only been here a few days but so far so good.

The entire staff here are awesome very friendly always willing to help. Living here makes Me feel like I’m n Cordova somewhere everything is nice I will b here for at least three years ima try I love it domonique was nice patient the leasing office was nice smelt good everybody black Neva been to a establishment when all black women in it and they standing on business I love that !!!!! These other places don’t care how you live or how they yo apartment look but move to Foote park u want regret !!!!

Sent an application to this place, called multiple times, tried reaching back out to the same email address to get in touch with anyone and I get nothing. None of the numbers under their official pages/Google are consistent and this is before even moving in. The place looked okay and the location is great but management being this unresponsive and not caring does not put a good foot forward.
