This place had reasonable priced rent at one point. They got a new management company that raised rent over 30% and refused to give an option for yearly lease. Did so without improving quality of the (now) 103 year old building. Conditions became unlivable. Requested a replacement mail key in February of 2024. Was told a replacement was in the works. Come December 2024, still no access to my mailbox after repeated attempts to reach out. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This place would be okay without the mismanagement company that “oversees” this place. “Bristol Urban”. Also, my unit had been and still is afflicted with severe black mold. A a current resident that has lived here through Bristol Urbans purchase and takeover, I can honestly say DO NOT RENT HERE. Bristol has doubled rent, disconnected the front door code that allowed packages to be delivered, police and fire to enter ( I had VPD knock on my window for access). They have at every turn made this building worse (no snow shoveling or ice melt in winter, opened dumpsters for 24 hour rummaging, and leaves human feces for days in the now open back alley. YOU CAN DO BETTER.

Best place I have ever lived! The management is amazing! always gets to any issues, and always so friendly, its like they consider you family! I don't want to live anywhere else. Thanks Jey and Patty for being the best management i've ever had!
