Do not rent here!!!! I am a current resident. They charge an up to an $8 convenience fee to use their resident portal to pay rent. The only other option is mailing a check or money order. My check was lost in the mail and not only did they add in late fees they also threatened to evict me. They then promised to remove the late fees after I sent in another check. They never removed the late fees and they cashed not only the new check but also the original check when they received it a few days later although I advised them that I canceled it through the bank. My bank charged me extra fees because they presented a voided check. This company is incompetent and this is on top of the issues with the maintenance of the apartment and buildings themselves. Place is horrible, front door is always broken, its always trash everywhere, smells like wet dog soon as you walk in, laundry room is always a mess, sometimes it be flooded in there leaving the building smelling like mildew, washer and dryers are always broke, its always noisy in there. Management is unprofessional, I wondered why people was always leaving their team. They Still Haven’t Paid My Security Deposit I moved out officially on June 30, 2025. I’d give negative stars if I could. This place is a total joke. I’ve been dealing with a roof leak in my BEDROOM for over a year now. They’ve patched it up FOUR TIMES. NOT the ROOF where the ISSUE IS, but just the wall. IT’S ACTUALLY STILL LEAKING AS OF RIGHT NOW 8/02, 5:12AM LITERALLY AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW. When I first moved here 4 years ago, the space was great and affordable for a first time renter. Now, with the change in management, it is a horrible place to live. The cost of rent is unbearably high for a horrible quality of living. The property is disgusting, with both animal and human feces left in the communal hallways and laundry room. Maintenance is slow to respond to concerns and the management is difficult to contact. It's nearly impossible to receive an email back in a timely fashion. In the last few months of living here I have not felt safe, nor cared about. Locks have been broken on the exterior doors and windows have been left shattered for weeks at a time. Trash litters the parking lot, sidewalks, and front lawn. Do not waste your time even considering this property.

I’m a current resident. DMC has the worst property management team and worst employees besides maintenance. They will charge extra fees out of nowhere and you have to personally opt out of things not be fined or charged! That’s ridiculous without my consent you shouldn’t be approving anything honestly. Also when you inquire about things they like to respond with a smart ass email instead of helping to find a solution. The building is okay now that the crazy guy no longer lives here. Just beware that the management team is the reason why so many residents keep moving out because they unprofessional as hell who wants to keep paying $1200+ and can’t get your issue or problem fixed because Management don’t like to do they job.
