We spent a year looking and getting outbid for our ideal home. Eventually we decided to pay far too much for a tear-down home in the right neighborhood and build from scratch. We purchased a new construction home built by Focal Point and could not be happier. Although we were not involved in the building process, we came to know the builder (and our site’s project manager Matt) leading up to our move-in date and throughout our first year in the home.
