Flyway Meadows

We moved into Flyway Meadows in mid-November and we absolutely love it here! From day one, the community has felt welcoming, peaceful, and truly like home. Everything is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is just wonderful. Dallas has been amazing as the property manager. The entire move-in process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way, which made the experience even better. We are so happy with our decision to move here and are grateful to be part of the Flyway Meadows community. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I’ve really enjoyed living at Flyway Meadows. It’s super quiet, clean, and just feels like home with the garages and fenced yards. Everything is well kept and the neighborhood has a really nice, relaxed vibe. Dallas, the property manager, is amazing. She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and always quick to help with anything that comes up. You can tell she actually cares about the residents and keeping the place running smoothly, which makes a big difference. Communication is great. The location is also really convenient — close to Rogers and everything you need but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living here if you want somewhere comfortable, well managed, and easygoing.

Great spot to be. And From start to finish Dallas was so wonderful to myself and my family. The experience was better than most around. Dallas is such a wonderful person. She makes us feel at home even before we officially moved in. The neighborhood is also wonderful. So many kids to play and watch ride scooters and bikes. Great community all together. Not too far from stores and restaurants

Living here has been such a positive experience. Dallas, the property manager, goes above and beyond — always responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Any minor maintenance or concerns I’ve had were addressed promptly and efficiently, which gives great peace of mind. The community atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it already feels like home. We’re especially excited for warmer days ahead so we can fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and continue building connections with our neighbors. So glad we chose to live here!

Flyway Meadows is one of the nicest places I’ve ever lived. The complex manager, Dallas, goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Since it is new construction, there were a couple of issues when we moved in, but Dallas and the emergency maintenance crew took care of everything, even on a holiday weekend. I plan to be here for a long time!
