FLYNN BUILT

Absolutely do not buy a Flynn home, especially the few homes left to sell on Molina Bridge Rd. Before Santa Rosa county started levying impact fees on builders Flynn built multiple homes on Molina Bridge Road, (Unpaved). The corner of Marion and Molina bridge where the dirt road and paved road as an unbelievable amount of flooding. It’s unsafe, why would anyone want to buy a home when the builder cares absolutely nothing about the community it is in. To the leadership of Flynn, my request is simple: FIX that corner ,pay to pave Molina Bridge Road with wide passable lanes. This is on you not the county.

After closing, 1st year was a major disappointment, I had a water leak under the house within the first 3 months. Grass died within a year as it was not quality and no topsoil, my backyard is just sand. The kitchen island had crack in it that I didn't notice until a couple months after. Warranty department is slow and not helpful. I expected better from this builder as they're charging you a premium to do a mediocre job but as you can see in the comments here, quality control dropped drastically. I had a friend build a house with them and they reported major headaches dealing with the builder. They don't live up to their name anymore, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Our home is beautiful but we made the mistake of closing without having all of the walkthrough items completed. After a month in the house, and much follow up, we are still waiting for our punch list to be completed. In addition warranty work identified in the past 30 days has not been addressed. This could have been a 5-Star experience if, among other things, I couldn’t still see light under my front door, there wasn’t water in my garage when it rains, my shutters were hung and my microwave was installed correctly. Or, at the very least I could get a response from the builder with a plan of action. The one call I received from the Warranty department was on the verge of rude and that was nine days ago with still no action. Save yourself some frustration, don’t close if everything is
