I recently bought a house and closed with Flying S Title in Red Lodge, MT. The branch in Billings were the main ones handling the transaction but since I work in Red Lodge, I requested a courtesy closing. Sherry Miner at the Red Lodge location was great to work with and made the transaction seamless and understandable. Any questions I had, she answered thoroughly. Flying S Title was there for us when we needed them. I had a file close at a different title company. Once the Buyer and their agent got to closing the closer told them they would not record the well and handed the well log and all the transfer paperwork directly to the buyer and told him he would need to do a bucket test and send all directly to the DNRC himself. This was on a brand new 2.7M dollar listing. No one ever attempted to contact the listing agent or the Buyer's agent, even though the Buy Sell clearly stated that the water rights would be transferred by the title company. When I heard what happened and called the escrow agent I was given all kinds of excuses. I hang up and called Flying J Title immediately. They agreed to transfer the water rights for us.

Recently, we sold some property in the area, but we found we had misplaced our original purchase documents from two decades back. Flying S went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to file taxes appropriately. Great job!
