Flying S Title & Escrow

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Connie is a terrible title agent. And Management must not care about our closing either. After 85 days (bank was ready to close after 74 days due to docs taking longer than normal, and sellers dragging their feet getting docs back) title still didn't have a date set. I talked with the lender Aug 7th, and 2 weeks later title hadn't set a closing date and said the bank hadn't gotten them the information. From what I could discern, they hadn't ask for it either. Title didn't have a date set for closing until 86 days, and still was not able to close. Lender was supposed to send a CD to me, there were issues, and title stopped communicating with the realtors, and told the bank a seperate closing date than the realtor.
