Just moved into Flow Brickell and couldn’t be happier. One of the highlights of the move-in experience has been working with their move-in coordinator, Jesus, he’s truly on point. He’s been incredibly responsive, helpful, and informative, answering all of my questions and making the entire transition feel seamless. So grateful to have his support while settling into my new home.

absolutely loved my experience at flow brickell. the building is modern, clean, and feels super luxurious. the amenities and the views are stunning. but the best part was samantha. she was honestly the best tour guide i have ever had. she was friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. she made the whole tour easy and actually fun. if you tour here ask for samantha. you will not regret it!

Such a beautiful family oriented community where you genuinely get to know your neighbors. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The amenities are top tier including a sauna, which you don’t find every day. Truly feels like home!

The building itself is beautiful, but what really stands out is the feeling of intention behind the space. The amenities aren’t just there to look good , they’re designed in a way that makes it easy to live well, work well, and connect with others. There was an issue with the fridge in my apartment, it wouldn’t stop beeping for a few days but the maintenance staff came to trouble shoot and when that didn’t work, they replaced it with no problem.
