Florida Towers

My wife and I lived here for one year, and we really loved it. The apartment was super clean, and everything worked just fine. The location is super convenient; I always walked less than 10 minutes to all of my classes/appointments on campus. The staff were always helpful. There are only two downsides: 1. It is right next to Potbelly's, so it can get quite loud. Luckily, our unit was on the side facing the law school, so it wasn't so bad. However, there were more than a few nights when we heard the yelling students returning home from the club. Of course, this isn't the apartment's fault, but it's still something to consider if you are a light sleeper. 2. The laundry rooms were always a bit dirty/run down. Again, this is not a huge deal, especially since you only use them so often. But

Great service , great employees and also rent is affordable. Great space and privacy. Walking distance to a lot of good things
