I do not recommend if suggested by the buyers agent. I recently purchased a house with a deck in the backyard and I was very concerned about the condition of the deck but proceeded with the purchase once the deck passed inspection. I’ve been in the house less than a month and have since had 2 separate contractors tell me the deck needs to be replaced and should not have passed inspection. I recommend finding an inspector on your own so that there’s no question on whether inspector was looking out for the buyer or for the agent who always throws business their way.

First time working with Florida Shield Home Inspections and I dealt with Rick personally. He did all He had to do and the next day i had 2 inspection reports (4 point and Wind Mit) in my inbox.
