I’ve had a fantastic experience with this property management company! Every email I’ve sent has been replied to within their 48-hour timeframe, which I really appreciate. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and it’s clear they care about their clients. I had an account that needed approval, and Mayron was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He walked me through each step and made sure I understood everything to ensure the approval went through as quickly as possible. It’s rare to find such attentive and efficient service these days! I have been at Sabal Chase, Miami, FL for five years and cannot say enough about the FPMS Management Team. Two years ago, Ms. Sussel Campos was hired to be manager of the townhome and single family home sections. Every time I had a question, or problem it was immediately solved or at minimum she would guide me as to what I needed to do. I am a senior citizen and when someone comes along and shows me attention, caring, patience, (particularly with technology pointers), community rules and their importance, sprinklers not working, cars illegally parked, and help with what one needs to do when it is time to get a new roof.
