JB was extremely fast and efficient with us. We used him for a rental opportunity in a newly built community. As first time renters we were extremely nervous for a scam and he was confident to assure us the owners legitimacy and made us feel safe in our new short term home. We were in desperate need of the home on less than one weeks time and he personally drove through hurricane Idalia to meet us before it hit our side to show the property. He immediately followed up the next morning ready to process our paperwork. It was a perfect experience!
