BEWARE of this management company if you are the tenant. Get everything in writing and go through your lease with a fine tooth comb. After 2.5 years of tenancy, $75K in rent paid and was never one day late, they made a claim against my security deposit for things I had been reporting to them all along (overgrown and dead landscaping) regular maintenance is not performed on appliances, plumbing etc. this is my personal experience. A move in inspection was not performed with my knowledge nor was it offered to me. It appeared in the portal but was never known by me. In my personal experience I moved in with a leaking refrigerator, a toilet that did not operate and a toilet seat that was worn out completely. The worst property manager I have ever dealt with. Zinna lacks professionalism and people manners. Zinna Expects the tenant to do her job, and does everything in her power to keep any deposit money that is initially given. How can you rent a place and expect no wear and tear on the property and I am talking normal everyday use, like light scratches on a cooktop from cooking everyday. No wonder the property sat for 6 month empty before we rented the place. We moved in the place and had to replace 30 light bulbs, the airfilter had not been changed for 3 years....air ducts were discussing, and windows can't to this date be open, they are seal shot, and so on. Yes we broke the lease, payed our rent timely and gave a 90 day notice, allowing for future rental, which the property was rented
