Artur is literally amazing and one of the best maintenance guys ever. He goes above and beyond makes sure that all my minor issues were fixed at move in and even was able to hang my storage ladder. He is truly one of one. Thank again Artur

Artur literally was here 30 minutes after I put in a maintenance request. The issue wasn’t at all urgent but I greatly appreciate how quickly it was resolved. Artur is professional, friendly and does an amazing job. He truly goes above and beyond, as does Joan, leasing supervisor! ( door knob adjusted in guest bedroom so that it locks)

Avoid the mold and roaches. Joan is the worst apartment manager I've ever seen. I've lived at 4 different apt communities in the last 8 years and this is by far the worst run community I've seen. Joan may be nice to your face but she is barely capable of simple tasks. We are currently going through a parking lot resurfacing. We were given a notice less than 24 hours prior to the start of the work. There's already not enough parking here and to just spring it on the community last minute without having a plan in place is ridiculous. They started moving my neighbors' cars by tow truck because of their mistake of forgetting to notify the residents. The parking is going to get even worse starting tomorrow weekend they try to do too big of a section at once. Whoever came up with the plan, I'm

Toured the property and was taken care by Janette the leasing agent, who was a very caring, professional and jolly person. She answered all questions asked, great knowlege of property, area and awesome customer service. Her manager intervined and offered us coffee and even told us to make sure all our questions were answered and she will be more than happy to assist if needed. I felt very welcome with the information given. Application in progress!!!

This place has subpar management. Maintenance however is good. Yet, the ask the residents to leave th a review after doing maintenance jobs. Making their reviews look good when it’s all the maintenance team. I could go into specifics, but they really aren’t worth anymore of my time. Hope this helps
