We just used them when we bought a home in St Augustine. Horrible experience between the lack of communication and the endless email chains with pictures and files to not sending us our home deed almost 2 months after closing I would recommend staying far away. They are lacking Organization like some thing I have never seen!

I’ve worked directly with the team here on multiple transactions, always friendly employees, prompt responses, and very helpful with questions. Conveniently located near town center in jacksonville and an office in st augustine beach, but has also coordinated mobile closings all over the country for out of area customers. Will be working with them again soon I am sure!

My experience with the individuals from this organization was subpar. I would not recommend this experience for anyone that wants a smooth process. There was a lack of communication with key personnel and their experience with active duty personnel documents requirement is limited.
