I am a Realtor and I have to work with Associations many times, but I had never before encountered such a proactive Association, which made the entire process of applying, filling out documentation, making payments, and obtaining the HOA Approval a stress-free, clear, simple, easy and fast process. Mr. Justin responds to any email sent to him in less than 24 hours and sends the complete information needed. Congratulations!

These people are truly pathetic. I’m an owner here and the building doesn’t have roof insurance ( Which cost me a sale since I’m a realtor) Mind you hurricane season just started . How can a building not be insured for several months now & during hurricane season ?? Also, I was outside and a rail of a condo above me fell into my patio ! Luckily I was ok and nothing happen but it scared the living day lights out of me ! They barely answer their phone calls , emails . Very unprofessional, disorganized, just take your HOA and special assessment and do nothing with it. And oh yeah , not having the roof insured and almost injuring their own residents with pieces of the balcony falling into peoples patio .

The Worst HOA ever, so much money my grandparents pay, and owning their apartment for over 40 years and this is the worst thing that could ever happened. They never answer, if they do, they have nasty attitude, they don't resolve anything, they say send an email, when my grandfather had sent multiple emails. Truly think they are stealing money because with how much people pay and how bad the customer service is, when another companies pay so little and help so much for personal experience.

What they say about not answering calls is true - radio silence for 2 weeks after I turned in some time-sensitive documentation is ridiculous.

Worst customer service. I wish there were negative stars. I have emailed consistently since November to take care of an issue I have. Jenny Cabrera the property manager will email back sure we got it. Month later follow up no answer. Follow up a week later no answer. I’ll add the customer service email and the receptionist then I’ll get an answer of “we are taking care of it”. Then a month later nothing I email no answer with 2 more follow up emails. I threaten to go over her head to a manager. Then I’ll get the same response. I have asked for proof of the action taken for my issue. With no avail. It’s now 7 months later and nothing. I have to call which I’m followed up by “in a meeting” so I can’t talk to the property manager. This is ridiculous. We pay a lot of money for services that ar
