Florence place Apartment

It's a great place to live but some of the tenants make me feel un wanted because I white .very few of us here .but others are very pleasant.the team here keeps it up very nice on the outside.but when you have a complaint and they say you done it and now you have to pay for it ( said ice maker inside. Freezer) it didn't work write from the time we moved in it made ice like when it wanted I feel mine was damaged at the time of it being put in no matter who put it in freezer it must have bent one of the I call it fingers that separate the cubes and when done. Heat up to release cubes .the one side never worked correctly .and now telling me when I pay full rent here at 996.00 per month plus 40 w/ d plus water plus rest of utilities.o my own as a elder widow and disabilty that I have to pay fo

Very nice place to live,affordable and clean. Good maintenance team,and a great office staff. A pool and gym plus a security camera safety surveillance 24hr.

A beautiful place to live peaceful and good neighbors.
